Bentwood Events is a Sydney-based chair and event hire company, offering timber bentwood chairs, bespoke tables, archways and little extras to create magical memories for your special events. Independently owned and operated since 2015, we’ve worked with some of Sydney’s most high profile venues, festivals and event planners such as the Sydney Opera House, The Art Gallery of NSW and The Royal Botanic Gardens.
Our aim is to provide high quality event hire products whilst delivering friendly, first-class customer service… and have some fun in the process. We’re a small family-run business, working hard to make sure your special day (or night) flow seamlessly, and we pride ourselves on bringing that personal touch to each and every event.

Andrew, Co-Founder & Owner
Andrew is the co-founder of Bentwood Events and has personally worked on over 1,000 events (we're talking weddings, parties, festivals), with an encyclopaedic knowledge of most premium venues around Sydney & NSW.
Andrew is your friendly go-to guy for advice on logistics, contingencies and co-ordinating your hire pieces. He does everything he can to make sure your perfect day runs effortlessly so you can focus on creating those precious memories.
FUN FACT: Our product names are inspired by places from Andrew’s homeland of Scotland.
CHRIs, Logistics Manager
Chris seamlessly brings everything together on event days. He is an expert in negotiating Sydney traffic, has a sixth sense to when it might rain and is the friendly liaison to venue & event staff.
FUN FACT: Chris recently featured in the Netflix movie Outlaw King with Chris Pine. Keep an eye out!
